During our product trials with users and fitness professionals, we have found that ZWITCH isometric, time-under-tension and resistance exercises work both the small and the major upper-body muscles, as well as improving joint mobility and grip strength. Also, they help to stress the bones, don’t worry, this actually stimulates the bone-forming cells called osteoblasts to improve bone density and strength.
