The product

ZWITCH is a compact training tool which enables you to do an upper-body ‘Time under Tension’ workout with low risk of injury. Instead of the muscle tension being created through the use of weights or resistance bands, you build the tension though the ZWITCH and are therefore working against yourself, so the more muscle tension you put in, the more you get out. Our workouts

A range of workouts have been developed to target the different upper-body muscle groups, and we are developing new exercises all the time, so that you can vary your workouts. We are also developing a range of exercises specifically designed for rehabilitation and people who need to sit whilst exercising.

During our product trials with users and fitness professionals, we have found that ZWITCH isometric, time-under-tension and resistance exercises work both the small and the major upper-body muscles, as well as improving joint mobility and grip strength. Also, they help to stress the bones, don’t worry, this actually stimulates the bone-forming cells called osteoblasts to improve bone density and strength. This makes ZWITCH ideal for prehab and warm-up, actually helping to prevent injury.
